Back in the beginning of the summer I did a post about some of the free classes being offered in Boston. Lucky for us, they were so successful that new ones are popping up and some have been extended into September! Here are some fun ones coming up:
When: Sunday 9/8 at 10:00am
What: Long & Lean is a total body workout that will tone and lift in all the right places. During class you will be using your own body weight and inspiration from dance and Pilates. You will leave feeling sweaty, toned, and stretched!
Where: Artists for Humanity, 100 W2nd St, South Boston, MA 02127
When: Monday 9/16 from 6:30 to 7:30pm
What: Ali will lead you through her signature Cardio Pilates fusion class while special guest DJ Joey D'Agostino will spin live beats to keep you energized & motivated! The class is a fusion of cardio drills, Pilates, and innovative core exercises designed to challenge, strengthen, & tone your whole body.
Where: The Rose Kennedy Greenway at Cross St and Hanover St, North End
Who: The Z-Spot
When: Mondays in September at 6:30pm
What: Zumba! Bring your sneakers, towel and water...and don't forget your smiles and energy!
