Photo Show at Lululemon Newbury St Recap

Here's a little photo recap of the photo show's kick-off event at Lululemon on Newbury Street last Sunday. It was a blast! We had a lot of people show up, including most of the models who were actually in the photos included in the show! Thanks to everyone who came out, it was such an awesome day and I'm so grateful for my wonderful friends.

Seussical at the Footlight Club

Last weekend I shot the production stills for the Footlight Club's current show, Seussical. With the colorful sets and costumes and the enthusiastic cast, it was a joy to photograph! I was impressed with the entire cast especially the kids, they were very professional but clearly having fun with it too.

Interested in catching the show? You should be! Here are the show times for Seussical:

November 12, 18 & 19

A Fine Frenzy at Fairmont Battery Wharf, Boston

Last night, the hotel Fairmont Battery Wharf held a free outdoor concert featuring the delightful Allison Sudol of A Fine Frenzy. I heard her song "Happier" on Pandora a while ago and was instantly smitten so I was psyched when I heard she'd be performing in my 'hood. My friend, Mairi, and I managed to get pretty close to the stage and I brought my 70-200mm lens so I was able to get a few decent shots-

He totally caught me! Awesome!

Thank you A Fine Frenzy and Fairmont for an awesome concert, we had a great time :)

CRAFTBOSTON

Super handmade design show extravaganza CRAFTBOSTON is happening this weekend, Friday to Sunday, at the Seaport World Trade Center. This visually stimulating event, presented by the Society of Arts & Crafts, features some of the best of the best in art, design and decor. It is a great place to get inspired or just be dazzled by all of the amazing things to see.

This year I am particularly excited to go and support two of the artists who will be there. One is Kirsten Bassion who is in Boston Handmade with me and is an awesome ceramicist (see below).

The other is Claudia Mills (a weaver) who I have known my entire life and always admired her work.
